“Better go by yourself there, dont buy a tour. first they take you to the souvenir market, then to another. I met my tour guide at 1pm and the show itself started at 3.30pm. After i finished my shopping guide completely lost interest in me. Show itself was fine, but way less spectacular than i expected.”

Review of the Bomas of Kenya cultural tour, with traditional dances, tribal homesteads, family tips, transport details, and current renovation warnings.

“The actual tour of the homesteads and the show were enjoyable but we were told we were grossly overcharged essentially to be driven to the venue. Whereas we could have take an Uber and got the tickets directly from the venue. Furthermore, the guide from the venue was initially not aware that we had already paid for a tour guide via this tour company.”

“we felt cheated. Bomas of Kenya is closed for renovation from past few weeks yet you are booking for it. You should have clearly not put this up for booking. Your partner picked us in a non AC cab and took us to another location where some show for one hour was performed in a small tent. This is not expected from an international app like yours which is on trust request you to refund the full amount paid.”

“Our tour was including elephant orphanage, we paid for it. They sent an email us one day before trip that they dont have ticket for it, we could not go there. If they are not sure they may not have the ticket, why they sell tour including elephant orphanage. It was disappointed. Only drive was perfect. Tytus was so kind, very good driver. Thank you the driver.”
