“I was very disappointed with this tour. From the beginning, the guide made me feel uncomfortable by saying “Why do you look so serious?” instead of a normal welcome. Throughout the tour, whenever I asked questions, she laughed or dismissed them as if they were silly. For example, when I asked about a spice, she replied “Don’t you cook?” – which felt rude and unprofessional. This attitude continued the whole time and gave me a very negative experience.
