“Our driver Edwin was fantastic, while we battled Nairobi traffic to get there he gave us such good information about the area and Kenyan culture, he was such an awesome guy. “I was very disappointed with this tour. From the beginning, the guide made me feel uncomfortable by saying “Why do you look so serious?” instead of a normal welcome. Throughout the tour, whenever I asked questions, she laughed or dismissed them as if they were silly. For example, when I asked about a spice, she replied “Don’t you cook?” – which felt rude and unprofessional. This attitude continued the whole time and gave me a very negative experience. I had been really looking forward to the tour :(”
